Frankly, the TELECOM part should be avoided! Barely 2 months and already extra package to pay and for 2 lines! I bitterly miss the competition You have to make sure you don't exceed 90 minutes while other operators cut you off Twice in 2 months I'm bored As soon as I can I change

An Akeo advisor for a little over 6 months, I greatly appreciate the responsiveness and efficiency of the customer service which responds to me within 1/2 day max when I have a question by email or very quickly by telephone. I also appreciate the human and environmental values that the purchasing center carries. In English, we talk about "empowering" and I find that this is exactly what Akeo offers both for its advisors and for its consumers: we are given back the "power" to decide and live differently, in the traditional way. which suits us. Thank you Akeo and the whole team

Big thieves! Before taking an AKEO Bouygues package with a package of €9.90 for 100GB of internet, I was at Bouygues with a B&You package of €19.90 for 30GB of internet. I had no network problems and I was never able to consume the entire package in 1 month! With the AKEO package, in 2 weeks they managed to tell me that the consumption of 100GB is normal! There are 4 of us in the family who have this package! And strangely we all have the same problem! While knowing that for my part I spend more than half the time in my restaurant and the wifi is activated on my phone. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT! The advisor I spoke to on the phone didn't even bother to find a solution for a single second! For him everything is normal! SIMPLY BIG THIEVES!
